President Black called a Special Board Meeting at 1:30pm at the Elks Lodge, Plattsburgh, NY.

The purpose of the meeting was to readdress the Funds request from the North Country Life Flight.

A motion was made by Bob Smith, seconded by John Bernardi and approved to allocate $500.00
with the provision that Life Flight specify the Project and the anticipated outcome.
