The Bulletin

The Bulletin is the newsletter of the Rotary Club of Plattsburgh and is available for viewing by all Rotarians and the public.* In September, the Rotarian Club decided to go to a monthly e-newsletter that can be printed on 8.5 x 11 paper following the loss of its editor.
