Rotary Radio Day

PLATTSBURGH, NY __ For 46 years, the Rotary (Noon) Club of Plattsburgh teams up with the Plattsburgh Sunrise Rotary Club to sold radio ads to area businesses to read on Rotary Radio Day. WIRY Hometown Radio gives the Plattsburgh Rotary clubs the opportunity to sell the ads and read them on the air from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Last year, Rotary Radio Day raised over $14,000 to fund community service projects through this fundraising event!

Rotary Radio Day gives area businesses exposure while partnering with Rotarians in our charitable endeavors. As Rotarians participate in the reading of ads on air, we are also offered the opportunity to talk about how the Plattsburgh Rotary club provide service to the community.
