The Rotary Club of Plattsburgh is seeking nominations for the Paul Harris Award.

The Paul Harris Fellow Award is the highest honor a club can bestow on a person, either a Rotarian or a community member.

The award acknowledges "service above self", which an individual has offered to their community, their nation or indeed to the world. Paul Harris was the founder of Rotary, and this award program was created to fund many Rotary Foundation programs.

Nominations are being accepted through Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2011.

If you would like to submit a nomination, please download the pdf version of the Paul Harris Nomination Form. You can scan it and email it to Rosemary Souza-Botten, chair of the Paul Harris Committee. If you have acrobat reader (more common), you can print it,and give it to Rosemary or mail it to the Rotary Club of Plattsburgh, Attn: Secretary Barb, PO Box 86, Plattsburgh NY 12901.
