Committee Meetings
Please check with the Committee Chairs to determine whether the meetings will be in person or virtual. To attend a committee meeting virtually, click here:
Rotary Board Meeting - The next Rotary Board meeting is regularly scheduled for the 3rd Monday of the month at MHAB. The next meeting is November 17.
New Member Orientation - TBD
Program Committee - This meeting is regularly scheduled for the 1st Monday of the month. The next meeting is on November 3,at noon at MHAB.
Service Committee - The Service Committee will be meeting bi-monthly going forward. It will be the first Wednesday of the months below, 11 am at MHAB. The next Service Commitee meeting is December 3, 2025
Membership Committee - This meeting is regularly scheduled for the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 11:10 am. The next meeting will be on November 12.
PR Committee - Upcoming meetings are scheduled for:
December 3rd, 2025 at 11:15am
Environmental Committee - This meeting is regularly scheduled for the 1st Thursday of each month at noon. The next virtual meeting is on November 6.

Food Shelf - You Can Help
The Club is accepting donations to the Rotary Club's Food Shelf program. Please send any amount you can spare via check or credit card.

Anne Cutaiar tracks attendance. Please contact her if you do not see yourself on the roster. You can check your attendance record on Club Runner under the My Attendance tab. If you watch or listen to a previous weekly meeting and want to get a makeup, please notify Anne Cutaiar (anne@lakechamplaintravel.com) via email and include your name, email address, the weekly meeting date you watch and how long you watched/listened.
