Attendance

Anne asked that Committee Chairs get reports in by the end of June for member make-ups. Make-ups can be recorded by cutoff date of 6/30/25.  Fishing Tournament volunteers have already been entered in the system. Those who have 100% attendance - good job! We'll have confirmation of the 100% attendance following all make-ups being entered.   

Paul Harris Luncheon

Congratulations to Noon Rotary members, Jackie Madison & Carol Arnold on being recognized as the 2026 Paul Harris Fellows! Also being recognized is Starr Burke, of St. Joseph's Community Outreach Center. The Paul Harris Dinner will take new shape in 2025! We're excited to host the Annual Paul Harris Fellowship Awards Luncheon at the MHAB Conference Center on June 25 at 12p.m. The cost of the luncheon (catered by Fork & Knife Catering) is $32/person. The menu is as follows:
Classic Buffet
Smoked 18 hour brisket
Classic Roast Chicken
Arugula and Crispy Prosciutto Salad
Dijon and Herb Fingerling Potato Salad
Sauteed Green Beans
Macaroni & Cheese
Lemonade, Iced Tea, Coffee, Tea & Water
All items are gluten free except the Macaroni & Cheese.

If you would like to attend the Luncheon and enjoy the catered meal, the cost is $32/person. To attend Luncheon and purchase the catered lunch, register before 3p.m. on Thursday, June 19. For this event, no outside food is permitted. However, if members wish to attend but not eat the prepared meal, the cost is $5.

Win-Win Raffle Fundraiser

The first committee meeting of the year will be Wednesday, July 2 at 11:15a.m. (right before our regularly scheduled Rotary meeting

Rotary Bed Races

Vicki & Linda reported that the Bed Race is 9/13 at 11a.m. at City Hall Place. Sponsorship levels have been announced: $750 Admiral's Barge, $400 Captains Gig and $250 Commander's Quarters are the named sponsorship levels.  Volunteers are still needed - join the fun! 

Clean Up Day 

First Thursdays

Thank you to Amanda Prescott and her husband for hosting the First Thursday fellowship gathering on June 5th.  If you would like to host a First Thursday, please contact Vicki Marking.

Rotary Board Meeting - The next Rotary Board meeting is regularly scheduled for the 3rd Monday of the month at MHAB. Next meeting is June 16.
 
New Member Orientation - New Member Orientation will be: Friday, June 27 @ 8am; 53 Court Street.
 
Program Committee - This meeting is regularly scheduled for the 1st Monday of the month.  The next meeting is on  July 7th at noon at MHAB. 
 
Service Committee - The Service Committee will be meeting bi-monthly going forward. It will be the first Wednesday of the months below, 11 am at MHAB.

Membership Committee - This meeting is regularly scheduled for the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 11:10 am.  The next meeting will be July 9.
