OTHER NOTES:

Program Committee Meeting
Join the Program Committee for a lively meeting on Monday, January 4th, at the Ground Round @ 12:00 Noon.  This meeting can be used as a makeup.

Fines
President Kyle would like to remind everyone to check the Duty List for our Wednesday meetings.  Should you be unable to complete a duty, please find a replacement.  No shows without a replacement will be fined.

Fishing Tourney Committee
Tournament Committee will meet on January 6th at the Butcher Block immediately following the regular noon Club meeting. Please contact Bonnie Black or Peter Cadieux

Youth Exchange Committee
This committee is looking for additional members.  Please contact Shelley Fracalossi if you are interested.

Board Meeting
The January Board Meeting will take place on Monday, January 25, 2016.  Please note this is the 4th Monday of the month due to the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday.

Butcher Block Meal Increase
The cost of lunch will be increased by $1 beginning February 1, 2016

Inclement Weather Policy for Club Meetings
The Rotary Club of Plattsburgh will follow the same cancelation policy as the Plattsburgh City School District.  If the school cancels on a Wednesday, there will be no regular noon meeting on that Wednesday.

Rotary Foundation
The Club’s goal is 100% participation – not a certain dollar amount.  We added to the Rotary Foundation slogan:  “Every Rotarian, Every Year, Any Amount.”  When we add up everyone’s donation it will be significant.  Cash or checks made payable to “Rotary Foundation” will be accepted.  Ugly brown envelopes will be on each table to place your gift in.  We will collect until January 13th.  Contact steven.frederick@clinton.edu.

April 2016 is the 90th anniversary of the Club!  Stay tuned for further information on how we will celebrate this milestone!

News Bulletin
Please contact Cathy Forget if there is anything you need posted to the Rotary Bulletin for the week of January 13th.
